Soca Omelette 2026
More Than a Location, a Destination
Every Carnival Sunday, deep in the South of Trinidad, something special awakens … Soca Omelette, the ultimate breakfast-inclusive Carnival experience that redefines what it means to fête in true Trinbagonian style.
Launched in 2023, Soca Omelette has quickly become a staple event on the Carnival calendar, offering a refreshing alternative to the traditional north and central fêtes. Set against the scenic backdrop of Garden Jewelz, Point Fortin, this 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. brunch-style celebration delivers the perfect fusion of music, culture, cuisine, and class.
Our tagline, “More than a location, a Destination,” captures the very essence of what Soca Omelette represents. This isn’t just another event, it’s a movement to bring life, energy, and pride back to Deep South. While much of the Carnival spotlight tends to shine on Port of Spain and San Fernando, Soca Omelette was born out of the desire to put Point Fortin and its people on the map.
Here, the vibe is unmatched. The energy is raw yet refined, the ambience safe and inviting, and the people effortlessly stylish. Every detail from décor to music to hospitality is designed to show that the South can fête on par with, and even surpass, the rest of the island. Our aim is simple: to make Soca Omelette a must-attend destination for both locals and foreigners seeking an authentic yet elevated Carnival Sunday experience.
2026 Theme: “The Essence of Carnival”
For 2026, Soca Omelette pays homage to the roots of Trinidad and Tobago’s Carnival with a theme that celebrates its timeless spirit and evolving style “The Essence of Carnival.”
This year’s concept brings a vintage, old mas energy with a modern twist where tradition meets trend. Expect a stunning blend of tribal textures, rich colors, and cultural symbolism, reimagined through contemporary fashion and design.
Patrons are encouraged to express this theme through their attire … think stylized interpretations of traditional Carnival characters. A chic royal-blue outfit inspired by the Blue Devil, a bold gold-and-red ensemble channeling the Midnight Robber, or an elegant twist on the Dame Lorraine it’s about embodying the spirit, not the costume.
Because at Soca Omelette, we believe that every Carnival goer becomes a character, whether they realize it or not. Through our fashion, our energy, and our expression, we all play our part in keeping the culture alive.
